These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Realty Site Builder (“we”, “us”). They apply when you create an account, sign up for a plan or use a website built with Realty Site Builder (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept these Terms.
1. Your account
Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
2. Plans, trials and payments
Prices, what each plan includes and the length of any free trial are shown when you sign up. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are not refundable unless the law or the plan says otherwise. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.
3. Your website and content
You own the content you add to your website (texts, photos, listings, logos). You give us the rights we need to host and show it. You are responsible for it: it must be lawful and you must have the right to use it, including listing data from your MLS or brokerage.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service for anything illegal, misleading or harmful: no spam, malware, attacks on our systems or other websites, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend a website that breaks these rules.
5. Availability and backups
We work to keep the Service running and back it up regularly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything important.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may close accounts that break these Terms. After a website is closed, its content may be deleted.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll tell you about important changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
